I became a Breathwork teacher in 2019 after having a profound transformation using breathwork. Breathwork helped me come out of a dark place, overcome anxiety, depression, binge eating/drinking, and truly step into my best self.
It helped me feel happier, feel amazing in my body, and manifest so many incredible things in my life—starting my own business, traveling the world, moving to Mexico, meeting amazing soul friends, meeting the love of my life, and now starting a family. 🤍
In 2021, I created the Breathwork Teacher Training online course because I want to help you do the same. Since then, I have trained and certified over 100 breathwork teachers!
