Upon the execution of this Agreement, it is understood and agreed that the Client purchased an online course & training program, and should use reasonable efforts to complete the online program in accordance with Audra Bear LCC’s (BreatheTV®) specifications and guidelines.
BreatheTV® will use their reasonable efforts to educate and enlighten the Client with advice and recommendations that will improve the Client’s Training & Business.

UNDERSTANDINGS
1. All online coaching & course materials delivered by Audra Bear, LLC are meant to develop and promote Client’s Business and operations as well as challenge, uplift, and support the client mentally, personally and spiritually, but it should not be construed as an advise from a financial expert, medical professional or qualified professional.
2. The client is purchasing a step-by-step training program that includes everything they need to know. The program has all the information they need, and should be their first point of reference.
3. Support for the client can be provided through email communication ([email protected])
4. The client must not demand 1 on 1 support. We provide support through email.
5. The Program content is for personal use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Audra Bear,LLC (BreatheTV®)or its designated agent.
6. Usernames, passwords, and login details may not be shared with any third-parties.
7. Any violation of Company’s policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.
SCHEDULE AND FEES
The Client agrees to pay Audra Bear, LLC the agreed full price of the program in advance. If an installment plan (or monthly payment plan for ongoing coaching) has been agreed during a consultation, the payments will be charged monthly. Failure to make payment will result in a breach of this agreement and Audra Bear, LCC(BreatheTV®) has the rights against the Client for such failure to make installment payments on time, to include, but not be limited to, mandating a collection agency or attorney to obtain payment from Client, which may adversely affect the Client’s credit rating. The Client shall reimburse the Company for all reasonable fees (including legal and collection agency fees) incurred in collecting all amount owed.
TERMINATION
Audra Bear, LLC may terminate this Agreement to the Client for any violation of the provisions of this Agreement or Company’s policies. In the event of such termination, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products and digital course, we are unable to offer any form of refunds
MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Audra Bear,LLC & BreatheTV® the right to use my name, image, & voice as captured by photographic, audio and/or video means for release and/or reproduction in any medium for any business purpose, including but not limited to education, social media, commercial products, course materials, sales, marketing, training, promotions, art, editorials, advertising, and general trade.
I understand I may be identifiable from the reproduction that may be used by this release for the purposes stated in this agreement. However, Audra Bear, LLC may not publish my address, telephone numbers, or email address with the Product without my permission.
I hereby waive my rights to inspect or approve the media for production that may be used by Audra Bear, LLC and BreatheTV® from hereon forward. I likewise waive ay rights to royalties or compensation arising from the related use of the released images or videos.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The parties agree that this Agreement is the complete expression of the terms hereto and any oral representations or understandings not incorporated herein are excluded. Further, any modification of this Agreement shall be in writing and signed by both parties. Failure to comply with any of the provisions stated herein shall constitute material breach of contract and cause for termination. Both parties recognize time is of the essence in the performance of the provisions of this Agreement.
